Practical DT2000-300 Electric Putter

DT2000-300 electric putter takes the motor as the power source, and transforms the rotary motion into linear motion through gear transmission and screw and nut screw transmission. When the external force exceeds the rated thrust of the push rod, the machine stops automatically through the internal limit mechanism.

DT2000-300 electric putter can work reliably under the following conditions:

1. The working environment temperature is between - 10 ~60 ~C.

2. Relative humidity is below 85%.

3. Short-term working system is less than 25%.

4. The overload automatic protection switch should be correctly connected to the electrical control circuit.

5. Users should install limit switches XW1 and XW2 by themselves (except the electric push rod with adjustable travel in our factory).

6. Permissible transverse load: (0.03-0.05)*rated thrust.

7. Starting times: less than 4-5 times per minute.
